About Nicole Spears
Nicole was born and raised in Michigan and you could find her on the lake during the summers with her mom, dad, and sister enjoying the beautiful summer weather. She loves to travel, explore new areas, and live a healthy active lifestyle. Nicole’s passion for helping others led her to pursue and graduate with a degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University and which she taught for 10 years working with Kindergarten through 7th graders.Throughout her teaching career she has built lasting relationships all while having the understanding for the uniqueness that each child brings to the classroom.
During her 10 years of owning and managing rental properties in Mi she gained the skills to navigate through stressful situations with clear and open communication. While managing properties Nicole realized that she could still help people but in a new way—as a real estate agent with integrity, passion, and professionalism. Through her love of traveling, it took one trip to Charleston to fall in love with the beauty, history and charm that encompasses it. Living here gives her the opportunity to kayak on Shem Creek, golf on one of many beautiful golf courses, and ride her bike around Daniel Island all year round. Jeri was born and raised in the Cajun country of deep south Louisiana. One month before hurricane Katrina, she and her husband of 30 years sold their home, packed up their belongings and 5 young children to head for the hills of East Tennessee where they would remain and raise their children for the next several years. They are now thoroughly enjoying their empty nest in the Charleston, SC area.
